CareGiver SmilingCall our Caregiver Outreach Worker who specializes in helping caregivers access resources and explore options for their family's situation. Caregivers may be an over age sixty spouse caring for their husband or wife, an adult child caring for a parent over age sixty, or a senior caring for an adult disabled child.


Many questions can be answered over the phone, or an appointment can be made to meet with our Caregiver Outreach Worker at our office. Call (517) 788-4364 and we will connect you with our Caregiver Outreach Worker, who is available weekday mornings, or you can talk with our In-Home Service Coordinator.
